Membership FAQs.
Absolutely. Book a day pass for $35. No commitment, no membership required. You can also schedule a free tour to see the space and meet the community.
Staffed hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Resident Desk and Private Office members have 24/7 building access.
Yes! Well-behaved pups are welcome. Prism is known for being one of the most dog-friendly coworking spaces in Chicago.
No. All desk memberships are month-to-month. Home Base members can cancel with 2 weeks notice. Resident Desk members with 30 days notice. No penalties. There is a one-time $99 onboarding fee when you join. After that, your only cost is your monthly membership.
Yes. A professional Wicker Park mailing address is available as an add-on starting at $59/month, or as a standalone service without a desk membership.
There is a parking lot behind the building managed by SpotHero. Street parking is also available. We're also right off the Division Blue Line stop, near multiple bus lines, and have a Divvy bike station nearby.
We offer high-speed wireless and hardwired ethernet connections throughout the space.
We have 6 phone booths available for members to use and book in real-time in our portal. We also have two phone booths available for day pass users. Additionally, we have a few different seating and gathering areas, as well as our outdoor patio, that are open for you to use.
